As our guides are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds once the guide has been sent. If you have not yet received your guide and wish to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@seemly.sg within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to assist. In all cases, your statutory rights under applicable Singapore law remain unaffected.
